To speak of, neither Skin Packager supports translations at the moment.

Overall, we have a lot of "strings" that are not localized. Lots of error messages, and as Active Colors mentioned above, the rmskin packager/installer is not localized.

In fact we have a lot of localized strings (especially in the .nsh file) that we don't even use anymore (or the installer doesn't ever use them).

Anyway, we are aware of these unlocalized strings and will be working toward added them in the future at some point (if we ever get time :D ).
