I see there is already a spanish translation from spain
i was thinking can i make a spanish from mexico
or make a traiditional spanish translation

I've made translation for Malay (language code: MS)
Removed Links.

I've ensured the encoding is correct as requested by using Notepad++ to make the translations.

I sense that there is probably a reason why this line remains unlocalized, but the "As an internal measure" line isn't localized
