looking for a skin for disk usage

Post by kidlat020 »

would be nice if it was in the default Illustro but if not then its also fine.

I'm basing this idea from this screenshot (refer in attachment)

I actually have no idea how did ccboot (the screenshot) managed to get those readings. anyways yeah. the disk graphs is pretty useful if its in illustro or something else.

if I have to pick which of the 4 (read, write, idle, cache) is the most important, I think it would be the idle.

First, we don't do skin requests on this forum, if by any chance you implied that.

If you're looking for skins already doing something close to this, maybe you can check SilverAzide's Gadgets, they have all kinds of graphs, including the reads and writes on various partitions, in the Drives Meter skins:
https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?t=20699

If you want to try doing your own as desired, checking:
- https://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/plugins/usagemonitor/ (to get data)
- https://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/meters/line/ (to display data)
might help you with that. Not sure about the Idle and Cache data, but you can take a look at what counters close to that does the Windows Performance Monitor (i.e. perfmon.msc or perfmon.exe) have.
