How did you install the plugin?
Did you restart Rainmeter after installing the plugin?

Did you also download the PlayerSpotify file?

Have you installed Spicetify or just the WebNowPlaying plugin?
What version of the plugin have you installed?

Get the plugin by downloading the "WebNowPlayingRedux_2.0.7.rmskin" from https://github.com/keifufu/WebNowPlaying-Redux-Rainmeter/releases/tag/2.0.7 and installing the skin.

This will give you the latest plugin. And a working skin.

Note: If you are using Spotify as the player, you may need to follow Xenium's suggestions for it to work.

I got Mond to work with iTunes, but I am wondering if there is a way to make it work with Apple Music on Windows 10?

Yes, it can work with Apple Music web player.
Follow the steps:
1-Install WebNowPlayingRedux_2.0.7.rmskin and the plugin will be installed automatically:
https://github.com/keifufu/WebNowPlaying-Redux-Rainmeter/releases
2-Install the browser extension:
chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/webnowplaying-redux/jfakgfcdgpghbbefmdfjkbdlibjgnbli
firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/webnowplaying-redux/
3-Download the PlayerSpotify file and add it to the Mond skin following the instructions:
https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?t=40885&start=10&hilit=quote+enclose+option#p208245

Now with PlayerSpotify you can use Spotify Desktop Player and websites like Apple Music, Youtube, Youtube Music, Spotify...

Right click on the skin and choose Edit skin.
Replace, in all measures, where you see Plugin=NowPlaying.dll with Plugin=WebNowPlaying
Then refresh the skin.

2. If you want to use and other music players (WindowsMediaPlayer, MusicBee, AIMP ....) go to Documents \ Rainmeter \ Skins \ Mond \ Player and make a copy to the Player, ini file and name it for example PlayerSpotify.ini. Then open the PlayerSpotify.ini file and make the change from point 1.
At the end right click on the Rainmeter icon in the Taskbar and choose Refresh all.
Now you have 2 players, one you use for Spotify and the other you use for other music players
well now i did what you said with spotify and windows media player they both work but the windows media player is a little laggy when i skip forward in the song it takes a little bit of time then suddenly goes to where i skipped and it shows the name of one song only when i try to play any other song it dosent show anything

or

Go to Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\Mond\@Resources, open the Variables file and you must have the Color1 variable set like this:

Color1=255,255,255
Then save and refresh the skin.

do I have to replace "Color1" into "255,255,255" or do I have to write "color1=255,255,255"?`
its light blue on mine but tbh it doesn't bother me because it kinda fits my background.
But I'm asking for when I want to change the color

You replace whatever Color1=... line you have in that file with Color1=255,255,255 (or any other value than 255,255,255 you like). Color1 is the name of the variable, 255,255,255 is its value. Both the name and the value are required when defining a variable.

Other than that, the "old" Mond skin was rewritten around a year ago, so probably most of the problems in the old Mond are solved in the new one.
