can we use microsoft visual filters and transition efects for text(string) or image with this version. I'm using windows 7 and try to writedown filters and efects ex:

Because Rainmeter has absolutely nothing to do with HTML, CSS or Javascript. It's not a web browser. Pretty much everything you can do with a String meter is here: http://rainmeter.net/cms/Meters-String
