Alright i'm new to rainmeter and i had some questions about it found this screenshot of a theme and i'm wondering how your able to twist the siderbar, resize it and how to redict and edit things like those
and a little question isnt there a thing called rainbrowser or did it get replaced in the latest update ? incase its there where can i download it

Reason:edited to use [hsimg][/hsimg] for large images
RainBrowser has been replaced by a built-in tool called "Manager", which is available from the Rainmeter system tray context menu. If you left click the icon, Manager will fire up automatically, or you can right click and select "Manage" at the top.
