Error message Unknown:!

Hello All
I am new to using Rainmeter and loved the experimenting with the skins and settings until i found want I wanted my desktop to look like, well at least for a few months. anyway I have chosen some of the Elementary 1.4 skins and changed the location to Dublin, Ireland but I am now getting an error message when my laptop boots into Windows
Unknown !bang:!DeactivateConfig
To make matters even more confusing MS Word opens the readme file
How can I stop the error message form appearing and the readme from loading?

The "!DeactivateConfig" means the skin is using features new in Rainmeter 2.1. Try installing the Rainmeter 2.1 Release Candidate.
