Resizing issues

I installed rainmeter and an iron-man skin. Worked great. Edited the colors from blue to red. Whenever I restart the system all the graphics increase in size to the point they do not fit on the screen anymore. The first time this happened I re-installed and started over, everything was fine. Now when I uninstall rainmeter and re-install, the same sizing issues reappear.

I am using a screen resolution at about 1080p so it shouldn't be an issue of me not having enough desktop space.

Any suggestions?
