Is it possible for me to have two skins set up on my computer? Where I can go and click them and make them switch when I need them to without having the mess with everything again?

Are you talking about themes? You can use the included RainThemes utility to save your current arrangement of skins as a "theme," and then restore them later as needed.

The theme isn't showing up when I click RainThemes..I'm using Simplesentencethree and all it shows are other themes I've downloaded. And I don't see where I can browse for them..
