How to change font color on skins

Post by brtdud7 »

I was wondering if I could change font colors to bright white from the current gray-white color they seem to currently be in skins.

I'm using a combination of SimpleRain and SimpleMeter 2.0 skins and I see no place to put in font colors. Let me know if I need to paste anything it for help.

Thanks!

It's normally a matter of right clicking the skin and selecting "Edit Skin", some skins share a file which does this for the suit, normally called Setting.inc, in which case edit that instead.

String Meters:
FontColor
The color of the text. The colors are given in the same manner as with SolidColor: RGB(A).
Example:

Code: Select all

FontColor=255,255,255,255
Which should give a solid white font. I have noticed if you apply Antialising it tends to go a grey in some cases which is why I either turn AA off or chose a different colour... :vomit:
