Enigma HELP!

Hello,
I'm a new user to "Rainmeter" and really like the "Enigma" skin.
I do have the issue of "Cannot find the rainmeter.ini file. I have searched the forum but cannot find a fix.
Can you give me a hand getting this up?
I am running Win7 64 on an M17x Alienware.

Could you run rainstest2.exe? You'll get a message box, use CTRL + C to copy, then paste the contents here. Feel free to replace personal info (e.g. your username) with xxx.

Ok, I ran the application but I get an error.
The error reads. "The Program can't start because MSVCP100.dll in missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

I have reinstalled, but no fix.

Could you first install Rainmeter 2.1 beta first and then try rainstest2.exe again?

The .dll file is actually there, but the app can't find it.
I found the dll file here, C:\Windows\system32 so I know its actually there.

Ok, I will do a complete uninstall of rainmeter, then run the rainstest app again.

I have reinstalled Rainmeter, still can't run the rainstest2 app.
Still get the same error.

Even when I run rainmeter after the fresh install, I right click on "Manage Theme's" I continue to get the error cannot find the rainmeter.ini file.

I'm stuck on this error.......

Could you download initest.zip, extract, and run initest32.exe and/or initest64.exe (initest64.exe should work for you).

When I use the initest64 I get a message box.
