Lock Rainmeter bar in place on screen

Hey everyone, I really like the looks of this program. Is there a way you can have the main text box and have it locked in a certain position on your screen? Basicly i work in a helpdesk in a company with a number of users i have to deal with and we wish to use this to display information Such as upcoming events, and other info like the number for the helpdesk and even their IP address. It would be really niec to just have that window locked in the corner of the screen, like in the bottom right so users dont go moving it around. If this is possible please let me know. Thanks in advance and for taking the time to read this.

If you right click the skin, go to settings and you will be able to uncheck draggable, as well as access some other options.
