Missing Panel

Hi everyone and let me just say Rainmeter is the coolest thing yet.
Installed "changes Wallpaper" panel and after a reboot the next day, the panel
is missing. I don't see it in installed panels and when I try to reinstall clicking the
icon in Panels add-on nothing happens. I know it is there somewhere.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
