i have installed it, and when i go to 'select themes' on rainmeter, its not listed. It just doesnt work. I even went to the Rainmeter skins directory, and the file was properly installed. I don't know why its not working. I'm using Rainmeter 2.1 beta.

That installer does not contain any theme files. The skins installed fine for me, and I can load them individually from RainBrowser and the context menu without issue. If you can do the same, then I would say it appears to be working as intended.
