No available skins at...

Greetings all. I am a new Rainmeter user and am attempting to get the newest version of Rainmeter and the ABP theme to work on my 64 bit machine.
When I first start Rainmeter I get an error code: There are no available skins at: M:\Rainmeter\Skins.
Then Rainmeter loads, and when I try to load ABP, I get the same error.

I know there are two skins at that directory.

Can any experienced Rainmeter users help me out?
