From what I understand we can currently send bangs to all configs, one certain config, or the configs within certain set groups. It would really be nice if we could send them to a set of configs.
What I'm thinking...

The reason I'm thinking this is that though we can do this with groups not everyone wants to load a theme where groups are defined.
