Rotating Quotes with ABP Skin

Hi there,

How can I make a "module" for the ABP skin to display random quotes from a text file? I used to be able to do this with the Enigma skin. Just recently switched to ABP. I have a text file where all the quotes are stored. Would like to have them displayed randomly and rotated once every 30 mins.

Is that possible with the look and feel of ABP too?
