Omnimo Skin will not change. Please help?

Hi everyone. I am new to these forums and have been using Rainmeter for a couple weeks now. I found Omnimo and like it's Windows Phone 7 like style. I have been using it on my Admin account on windows7 with no issues. After I installed and launched rainmeter on my managed account it changed my admins account back to default settings and now I can't edit the "skin" as I did befor in the Omnimo Skin Gallery. I used to use "Clear" a completely transparent them, but now it is stuck on default. When I click on "Clear" I get a loading cursor then nothing. So my question is, how can I fix my skin problem. And can I run seperate rainmeter themes on different accounts. Thanks to everyone who made it this far.
