Image Downloading Issue

Hey guys, I'm trying to tweak the radar map skin in BlueVision to show a different radar image. Everything was going fine until a little while ago when the image wouldn't download all of the sudden. I could still connect to the image in a browser, and I can get other images to load fine in rm. My connection is a little slow, but the two images are about the same size, and I've waited a long time to see if it's just slow, but no luck. The stock image is a jpg, and the one I'm trying to get is a .gif, but I can load other .gif's ok, leaving only the site as the issue, no? Any reason a site would all of the sudden not let rm parse it?
