hey I can't find a picture of the wallpaper featured in the enigma 2.7 preview here:

can anyone share a link to a blank version, or post how to get access to the various wallpapers featured in Rainmeter previews.

It's up to the authors of the suites in question whether they want to include a link to the wallpaper in their preview. Rainmeter is not about wallpapers. Some of the ones in the previews may be something for personal use and not public domain. I suggest you take a look at http://www.tineye.com/ which should help you find most images floating around on the interwebs.
