Firefox Downloads Skin?

I was sitting here watching my painfully slow downloads carry on in firefox, and though why not have a rainmeter skin that shows the progress on the desktop? So have any been made, or anyone got any idea's I can use? Don't know enough to make one from scratch.

Very doubtful that it is possible. Unless Firefox writes to some log file while downloading, there is no way I can think of to have Rainmeter interact with the downloading code in Firefox.
