Was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the circular animations in this guy's skin. The one I'm talking about appears in the very top left and a fer other places around his screen

I'm pretty sure the animation I'm talking about has nothing to do with arcs...
I'm talking about the one that appears in the TOP LEFT of the screenshot. It's in a few other places too, including in the center of arcs
