Syncing skins across themes

I've got a to-do list skin (modified Enigma notes.ini) that I was hoping to sync for all of my themes. I'm guessing I'd have to sync the .txt files through windows explorer, but I'm not sure how to do that. Any ideas?

You want to use the modified Enigma Notes skin in all themes or you want other Notes skins in different themes to use the same notes file as the Enigma skin?

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I've modified the Enigma skin slightly and created different folders for each of my themes. However, I want the .txt files that the skins get the to-do list from to be synced.

And as I was typing this I just realized I can specify the same folder path for each of the skins. Duh. I was stuck on using separate .txt files for each skin's folder.
