Arcs similar analogue clock

[Dreaded]

As you guys can see in the image bellow, this guy is using the ever popular Arcs clock. However upon closer inspection you can see he is using another, similar clock underneath it to add a bit of extra visual effect.

I was wondering if anyone could help me find it? It seems to have a few meters on it also (CPU etc.) if that narrows it down a bit. Thanks in advance

He didn't go into too much detail or use the tagging feature and I'm already using the packs he's stated. Happy hunting, it really does add something extra to Arcs
