None of my skins appear to be working associated with them. Is it just me ?

Give it an hour and see what happens. I think they do periodic maintenance where the feed is down.

Have you checked the XML?
Have you reloaded the XML more than 5 times in 10 minutes?

There is the monthly maintenance cycle to consider, but it seems early
My skin is working at the moment, and the XML loads in my FF Browser.

If it continues, let me know your location, and I will have a look/see on my end

It hadn't worked since yesterday. But, I reset my modem and it appears to be ok now.
