Notion Ink Adam Using Enigma without any Permission?

Hey. This topic is on Notion Ink Adam. I've seen several pictures by them and by my surprise, I see Engima Theme in it. Here's an example image taken from Slashgear:-



So People, did Notion Ink steal it or they took required permission? Kaelri, if you read this post, I'd love to hear it from you.

I'm betting it's just a wallpaper, that image with the config tool in the foreground and Arcs in the background is all over the place. As best as I can tell, Adam is a touch based hardware platform, and Rainmeter is not going to work on it.

I know its not gonna work. But Notion Ink used it before the Adam was launched in "Prototype" Photos. I cant see it now on their website but you search for it, you'll find many

If I remember correctly, Kaelri had already contacted Notion Ink to request they stop using the image, but got no response.

I haven't seen Enigma used on any recent promotional material though, which is just as well as it is an Android based tablet so has no relation to Rainmeter at all.

I would be interested to know if Kaelri ever heard any more from them.
