Enigma Launcher Icons

I recently downloaded RM about a week ago and after reading the 101+manual pages I had pretty much set everything up to my liking.

One problem that I have (Enigma) scoured the forums extensively for was how to change the launcher icons, because I don't use Firefox, it was kind of silly to have the Firefox logo next to a Chrome label. I read about how to change it but every time i try and replace it, the hot-spot comes up blank. Am I just using the wrong type of image? or do i have to put the image in a certain place? Because at the moment I'm just saving it to my pictures and putting the path into the code.
