Changing text color based on rotating wallpapers

Basically, is this possible? I'm sure it's been asked, but I couldn't find any answers, sorry ahead of time if I just missed it.

I'd like to have both light and dark wallpapers rotating through, and have the text readable regardless of the background. Only possability I've thought of so far is having the sidebar opaque, but I'd like to keep it transparent if at all possible.

What about just using a simple .png image as the text you wish to use? If it were me, I'd just use transparent text with a black outline.
