What is and is not possible to rotate or angle?
Can I place things like Histograms or Bar meters at 45° angles?
If so, how would I go about doing that?

Image meters can be rotated with ImageRotate=Degrees. If a bar meter is using an image for the bar, then you can also rotate it with ImageRotate. If a histogram is using an image, then it can be rotated with PrimaryImageRotate, SecondaryImageRotate and BothImageRotate. String meters can be rotated with Angle=Radians. All other meters can be rotated using a transformation matrix.
