How do you install the downloaded zip file into rainmeter???

Im sorry, but it is not a .rmskin file, just folders and such..........god I feel so stupid.

Yes.I know that part, I guess I need to ask a different question. What do I do with the other folders, i.e. ADD-ON, THEMES, ect. I copy SKINS folder to USER/ME/MY DOCUMENTS/RAINMETER/SKINS and the other folders? where do they go?
