Sound advice, but I'm not sure what you're talking about so I moved this to "Rainmeter Discussion".

Friend came over and was checking Rainmeter out. He inadvertently loaded a different theme and hosed all my configs. I didn't have them written down or saved, so I had to spend about and hour redoing all my configs.

Not a big deal, and it was an honest mistake. Just time consuming.

Good idea to save your setup as a "Theme" using RainThemes.
