Hey guys I am new and i need help with some searching!

I will try to put here a pic of the adds or however you guys call them for this program. I would really like those but i don't know what they are called. And is there a way to lock the background of some things. This is pretty new for me so i don't know the terminology.

adds are called skins. Looks like they are using dark_glass's left and right backgrounds; Corner Clock; Vertical Clock (I don't know the name, but I've seen it before), and a launcher skin (that I can't identify) on the left hand side.

Rightclick on the app/skin you want to stay stationary, go to Settings and then uncheck Draggable.
