Help with customizing docks?

So I'm trying to use Steam Wheel, but I'm having trouble editing the programs it opens and the icons, as I can't find the right place to copy the locations from. I already tried uploading an icon for Google Chrome but it's simply showing a blank spot where the original firefox icon was.
