Currently i am running enigma and i have a mostly black background.
What i am wondering is if there is a way for me to change ALL of my rainmeter apps to black and non transparent so that i can run a mainly white back ground with flat black rainmeter apps for contrast.

You can change the FontColor with the help of Configure.exe (Color1 I believe) or change it manually in the variables-file.
The you simply need to refresh all the skins.
