Changing skins

If you change your skin then after a while go back to your previous skin, would you need to fix all the paths and icons again? Like switching from Gnometer to Enigma than back to Gnometer. Can you also mix and match parts from other themes like using some skins from Enigma and Gnometer at the same time?

Yes, you can mix configs. Right-click -> Rainmeter menu -> Configs.
