Desktop Icons

Is there a Rainmeter config for putting icons on the desktop, with full png transparencies with the icons? I use an alternate shell that doesn't have this feature, and I'd like to have icons with text labels.

I might work on a config for this if there isn't one. I'd like to have a panel where you enter the icon and shortcut params and it creates an icon on the desktop. If it's possible.
