Suggestion - Transparency 0% on Mousehoover

Hello, well I would like to recommend as the title says, that on the action "Mousehoover" the transparency of a skin be 0%. Muck like the gadgets in Windows 7.

EDIT: Nevermind, I've found it in "Skin Menu">>"Transparency">>"Fade in"
