weather.gov feed??

Post by crazybandit »

How come there is no weather skin that runs off weather.gov's forecasts? I'm not a big fan of weather.com, accuweather, or any of the other variants.

Because no one has made a skin and published it that uses that feed.
Make one if you feel there should be one.
I don't think, therefore I'm not.

Things that only work in the USA tend to not have wide appeal in the Rainmeter community. It just limits your audience and raises too many questions to be worth it. While anyone is welcome to create any skin they want for their own use of course (my Midget Porno skin is proof of that certainly), you will find that most skins "distributed" around are going to support international users. Feel free to create a NOAA skin by all means, there is a lot of good data on that site.
