Well, yeah it's possible.
It's just clock, weather, and date. Which is all certainly possible.
It's just the video and the actual app is FULL of animation, which isn't Rainmeter's strong point.

The clock was just showing you how the clock you want might need to work.

Как то на досуге начал делать что-то подобное...очень трудоемкий процесс если учитывать то что я пытаюсь это сделать не требовательным к ресурсам скином...так сказать как обычный...пока немного получается...часы пока что не анимированны...всё остальное видно на картинке
