How to Start App (Mediamonkey) minimized / in background?

Quick Noob question:
How do I start an application eg. Mediamonkey minimized?
I have full control over MM so I don't really need it to pop up in my face...

Now I have:

X=450
Y=335
W=20
H=20
ImageName=powerg.png
LeftMouseUpAction=!Execute ["C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\MediaMonkey.exe"][!RainmeterRedraw]
