DESPERATE need of help part one :(

Well i will do everything i need to do part by part n i shall try to do the simplest things first n work my way up

My question is how do i make a launcher in rainmeter?????? I want make a picture open up a path or exe or folder. but i have absolutely no idea how to do this. i plan on drawing a picture then have rainmeter link it to the path when you click it.

are there any guides or something to show you this? all i've been seeing is stuff that helps to record n measure. but not something that would help me launch something or a path
