World 3 Time

I'm having trouble with the time for the location: INXX0176 (Kozhikode).
It is displaying the wrong time. For instance, in the screen shot, it says it was 3:06 in India when actually it was 2:36.

At one point in world3 I changed this line: URL=http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?p=#World3WeatherCode#&u=#Unit#
by replacing the p=# to w=#

And then I changed the weather code to 2295316 (WOEID) and then I changed the dst offset to +5. This seemed to work except the minutes were still off. For example if the time in my location was 4:14 then the time in India would actually be 2:44 but it would show as 2:14.

So then I just gave up and changed it all back to the way it was.

To my understanding, India's time is GMT +5:30 but I don't know how to add the 30 in there.

What should I do?

Make the DST offset +5.5 instead of +5.
