Hi i was wondering if it was even remotely possible to implement Rainmeter into a web page. by this i mean somehow making it able to be put into the web code to display as widgets on a web site like they would on your desktop. if so can you please point me in the right direction.

Nope, not remotely possible. The closest you can get is a screenshot of a Rainmeter skin. That will fit into a website very nicely. In fact, there are websites dedicated to such screenshots
