I would like to know what addons or whatever those are that make it look like that.

Please don't bump your own topic after such a short time. If no one is answering it is either because you have not given them long enough or simply nobody knows.

It looks to me like almost everything on that screen was made custom by the person to whom it belongs. Your best bet would be to scour sites like DeviantArt or Customize.org.

Contact whoever made it.
But I would guess thats a wallpaper and very few easy home-made skins, some weatherskin (probably popular, seen it a few time, look at DevArt), moonphase-skin (think sarge made that one).
Best bet is to contact the creator of the setup.
