Gneometer Notes Skin Width Adjustment

I have been looking through the Notes skin of Gneometer and unlike Enigma I do not see a setting that controls the width of the text area or background of the skin. I would like to make it wider to accommodate the lists that I am building within this skin. Any help that could be provided would be great.
