Before I devote a lot of time/energy on learning how, I'd like to first ask if this is even possible with Rainmeter.
I'd like to try to make a functionally practical (hopefully non-annoying) basic and customizable screenmate. Some simple actions I'd like it to be able to do is make it walk and climb around the desktop area, following the user's mouse when active, be "draggable" and "tossable" by click-dragging on it, or when idle just wandering around. Some example functions I'd like it to be able to do is act as a "dock" for most of my meters, act as a Search tool, and an alert for when I've got a low battery.
I've done a few searches and haven't found any like this.
Some (horrible) examples of (pointless and annoying) screenmates:

Re: Rainmeter "screenmate" possible?
Some, maybe even most of this is probably possible with some pretty complicated skin code, but to be honest I'm not sure Rainmeter is the right tool for what you want to do. Would takes just tons of .ini code and might really take a bite out of your CPU performance while running.

Yeah, I figured it would. Any suggestions for alternative means of making such a thing more effectively?
