Cant Save Theme.

I'm new to rainmeter obviously, but I've created my own theme by using parts of other peoples. But when I save the theme. It only saves the Enigma parts, and everytime I reload it I have to set up each other skin.

What am I doing wrong?
I get the theme the way I want it
I click on the Rainmeter icon in the taskbar (The Enigma control centre pops up)
I then click Theme's
Type in a name and save.

usually the position of skins are save by default in rainmeter.ini, but you can use raintheme to save it

Its rainthemes that i'm trying to save it with. It's not even saving the skins themselves other than those from Enigma, nevermind the positions, at the moment I'm having to load all the other skins.

RainThemes makes a copy of rainmeter.ini if I'm not wrong
it does not make a back up of your open skins, it just see what skin is open, and where it is that, and save all of those
