No default skin & can't install skin

So i recently upgraded to windows 11 and install rainmeter but after i finish install popup show up that say "There are no available skins at: C:\User\my_name\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\" and installing another skins took so long. i tried to clean uninstall but still it wont fix

rainmeter i use is 4.5.18 Release

Did you install a normal or the portable version? Also, try right clicking the Rainmeter icon in the Notification Area and click Edit settings. The settings are opening in the default text editor. What do you have in the SkinPath option of the [Rainmeter] section?
