.rmskins work just insanely well. I won't be downloading any skins in the future not in that format either. We want to encourage the use, as it is so much easier for the end user. (:)
I will also be providing completed skins in .rmskin format in the future. Though, I will only be hosting them through 4shared.com since when they are downloaded they retain the .rmskin extension. Every other site I've tried restore the .zip extension.

Yes, just zip up the .rmskin and it is fine for devArt. I know Sarge or someone has contacted them about allowing the .rmskin extension natively, but we have not heard back from them.
