.rmskins work just insanely well. I won't be downloading any skins in the future not in that format either. We want to encourage the use, as it is so much easier for the end user. (:)

I will also be providing completed skins in .rmskin format in the future. Though, I will only be hosting them through 4shared.com since when they are downloaded they retain the .rmskin extension. Every other site I've tried restore the .zip extension.

This is the song that never ends. It just goes on and on my friends. Some people started singing it not knowing what it was, and they'll continue singing it forever just because . . .

Took me a few minutes of frustration, but I figured it out.
Will be putting the rest of my skins in that format now that I know what I'm doing.

Customize.org also preserves the .rmskin extension ;)
Although, Deviantart appears not to.

Just putting the .rmskin into a .zip-folder should help.

At least that's what I do :D

Yes, just zip up the .rmskin and it is fine for devArt. I know Sarge or someone has contacted them about allowing the .rmskin extension natively, but we have not heard back from them.
