bar meter calibration

Post by wasky1 »

this just seems a bit strange. ive made a simple bar meter to reflect my volume, the bar is 100 pixels wide, therefore 1 pixel on the bar should reflect 1% of my volume. the problem is, if the volume is below 33% the bar shows 1 less pixel than it should for example 1% volume would show no bar at all and 2% volume would show 1 pixel width bar. dont know if im missing something so heres my example skin http://dkphea.bay.livefilestore.com/y1p5LAJCBZKa_QWaKl_4-tRTFKzc5S30tgC8ZYyHyT1luwPpfDou4MGAhf6_msQuqQ0fd_3pbYGJTn42Yw3NmKL3bZojQ-F6yq8/voltest.zip?download&psid=1

note, win7audio plugin will install with example skin ive posted here.

'It doesn't show the exact volume all the time but is only off by 1 to 3 percent at most at a quick glance.'
I don't know if that problem still exists, but I remember reading that.

oh thanks i was thinking thre problem was the bar meter. in fact its only 1% out when below 33% for me on both 32bit and 64bit so i can easily get around it. cheers for quick reply :)
